Caroline

I live just outside Glasgow. I am mum to Clare and Simon and nanny to Holly and Willow.

I have 47 years’ experience working within social care, developing and managing people and services. I completed my Management Qualification with the Open University in 1996. In 2000 I qualified as a life coach. I studied counselling and dementia at Edinburgh University in 2014.  This was followed in 2015 by training in individual and group person centred planning facilitated by Jack Pearpoint, Lynda Khan and Connie Lyle O’Brien. I studied for a year with Dr Gabor Mate.  This training called Compassionate Inquiry involved the impact that trauma can have on us and our bodies. In 2024 I completed Systematic Leadership and Constellation study with Kinharvie.

I consider listening, creativity and compassion to be my best gifts. My natural style is person centred and trauma informed. I enjoy helping people to discover their life purpose using their natural skills, gifts and talents.

I am self-employed and work freelance.

I am flexible in my approach and guided by individuals and organisations in a space that is convenient and comfortable to them.
